Terms & Conditions

1. Standard Cancellation:
   • Cancellations made within one day before the scheduled trip time will incur a charge of the full trip price.
2. Exceptions:
   • No cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, provided the cancellation is made at least four hours prior to the trip.
   • If cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances is made less than four hours before the trip, charges will apply from when the bus was reserved up to four hours, based on the requested trip duration. (Ex: If its a 5 hour trip, you’ll be only charged for 4 hours).
   • Cancellation charges may be waived in exceptional cases at the company’s discretion.
3. Cancellation Procedure:

• If you wish to reschedule your trip, please inform us at least one day before the original trip date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if there is a difference in the trip cost.

General Booking and Rates:

• • Round Trip & Shuttle Service:
    • $135 per hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours.
    • Shuttle pricing has a minimum charge of 2.5 hours
    • If the trip extends into the hour of highest afternoon dismissal volume & will cause interference, the rate increases to $150 per hour.
  • If the trip starts at the 8 PM hour, the rate also increases to $150 per hour.
    • One-Way Trip:
      • Flat rate of $135.

Charging Period:

• • • Charges commence from the time the bus leaves the yard and end when the bus returns to the yard.
    • In cases where the bus departs from its scheduled routes directly to the pick-up location for the trip, charging generally begins when the bus arrives at the pick-up location. This is subject to the specific situation and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• • • All bookings are subject to availability and must comply with the company’s scheduling policies.
    • Any changes to the schedule or route may affect the total cost.
    • When you book a bus for a round trip or shuttle service, you have it exclusively for the entire duration of the trip.
    • Pricing is subject to change based on case-by-case situations and at our discretion.
